 500 grams of thinly sliced ​​beef (preferably ribs or sirloin) 

 1  thinly sliced ​​onion 

 2 cups of mixed vegetables (e.g. peppers and cabbage)

 2 tablespoons  soy sauce 

 2 tablespoons  mirin 

 2 tablespoons  sugar 

 1 tablespoon  vegetable oil 

 2 spring onions, chopped (for decoration)
